Instructions to Presenters
Oral Presentations
Please note the time scheduled for your presentation.
3 minutes must be left at the end of your allocated slot so as to allow time for questions.
Your presentation must be in Powerpoint, suitable for display on a Windows XP or later operating system. It is your responsibility to check that any embedded videos run properly.
Presentations will be uploaded to a computer in the conference room prior to the session. The use of individual laptops for presentations is strongly discouraged in the interest of smooth running of the Conference Sessions.
You may upload your presentation via this website or bring it on a jump drive.
Please present yourself to the Session Chairman and AV technician half hour before your session so that they can ensure your charts present properly.
Presentations loaded onto the Conference website and computer will be deleted at the end of the Conference.
When you are ready to upload your presentation Click on the “SUBMIT PRESENTATION” button below.
Follow the instructions to submit your presentation.
Poster Presentations
There will be 3 poster sessions, one on each full day of the Conference. Please note to which session your paper has been assigned.
Each poster board will have a space of 120cm by 120cm and will be identified by manuscript number. All material must fit within this space.
You may display your material from 8.30am on the day of your poster session.
At least one author must be present during the formal poster session (4.30 to 6.00pm)
All material must be removed at the end of the formal poster session (6.00pm)
