Accommodation
A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier.
Rooms rates:
Fairmont room: $235.00 single or double occupancy
Fairmont view room: $265.00 single or double occupancy
Deluxe room: $295.00 single or double occupancy
The above rates are in Canadian dollars and are based on one or two adults sharing a room. A third or fourth adult in the same are charged an additional $40.00 each.
All room rates are exclusive of the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) which is currently 13%; taxes and tariffs are subject to change.
The above special conference room rates are now available until Saturday, May 7, 2011 (based on room type availability). Reservation requests received after 5:00 pm EST on May 7, 2011 will be accepted at the Hotels prevailing rate, based on the room type availability. It is strongly recommended that you still contact the Hotel directly if you are requiring accommodations after May 7, 2011 as cancellations and changes can occur.

Early Departures: please note that a guest who has reserved a hotel room within the conference block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved check out date, an early departure fee of 50% of the contracted room rate will be charged to that guest’s individual account.
Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform all guests of this fee upon check-in.
Student Accomodation:
A limited number of rooms are available for bona fide students on the nearby university campus. Those wishing to reserve such accommodation should contact info@ofs21.com with a letter from their supervisor.
